In arbitrations, Peter has represented over 3000 personal injury clients and has himself served as an arbitrator in numerous cases.
Peter has tried or settled cases of every conceivable stripe in federal court, state court and in all six Cook County districts, DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, Kane County, Kendall County, and Madison County. One of Peter’s notable cases resulted in a judgment of almost ten million dollars. Peter was the lead attorney in the successful settlement of an undisclosed award to the families of three men who died in a fireworks accident on the Mississippi River in Alton, Illinois. The defendants in that case agreed to the settlement following a three-week jury trial. Peter also successfully defended one of the largest salmonella cases in Illinois.
Since founding the firm, Peter has demonstrated a proven track record of success in the effective representation of the firm’s clients and drastically expended the size and scope of the firm’s business through client referrals. The fact that so many clients have been happy with the work of the firm has proven to be the very best form of advertising.
